TRADEMARK RENEWAL

A registered trademark will be valid for 10 years and it can be renewed for as many years as the owner requires. Before 6 months of the expiry, the registrar will send out a notice to renew the trademark to your registered address and during which you are supposed to apply for renewal, failing to which, the registrar will remove the trademark from the Trademarks.
